Lunch
• 1 cup green vegetables
• 2 cups brown rice
• 300g cooked turkey
Snack

Dinner
• Greek salad
• 200g salmon steal
• 2 cups couscous
Supper
• 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt with chopped fruits
